By using Repform you agree to the following terms.
Repform is a fitness app for tracking workouts, calories and body measurements. You may optionally connect with a personal trainer (PT).
Repform is NOT a medical device or a source of medical advice. All content and suggestions are for informational purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program. Repform is not liable for any injury or health issues.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information.
Pro features require a subscription. Payments are managed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage cancellation from your Apple account.
You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, to harm others, or to abuse the system.
All content and design of the App belong to Repform and may not be copied without permission.
The App is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be lawfully excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
